10 box jump overs

Tips: This will be a lot of reps so pace yourself from the beginning so you’re not spent with 10mins left on the clock. Aim for 4-5mins per round and try to maintain that pace throughout. Break up reps as needed but shouldn’t need to break multiple time. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
