Complete 30 double unders after each round (2:1 singles)

Tips: This one is pretty straight forward. Keep a consistent pace on the box jumps with minimal transition to push-ups. If push-ups are your jam, go unbroken from the beginning. If not, break them up early but try to go unbroken for the rounds of 10, 8…4, 2. The double unders will keep your HR up and may fatigue the legs a little so make sure you keep you eye on the target during box jumps Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun.
