Yes, a plyo box is great for box jumps and step ups BUT, you can do so much more!! Weighted step up, burpee box jumps, jump up and over, Bulgarian lunges, assisted back row, assisted push-ups, seated DB press and so on and so on. It also makes for a great seat when resting between sets.
