Cash out: 21 box jumps

Tips: Pick a challenging weight for the OHS but you should be able to do at least 8 unbroken. The rep counts are low enough that you should not have to break more than once for each movement. Beware of the back to back core movements and focus on quality reps as you fatigue. Add DBs to the lunges for a little something extra. Shoot for sub 10mins, scale as needed and as always have fun.
