Tips: Last week’s WOD was a long one, this one’s more of a sprint. You can attack this one so go after it. In the rounds of 10-5, the sit-ups will be a nice break. But rounds 4-1, the sit-ups will be the majority of the work and the volume will catch up to you. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
