10 push-ups

16 step lunge (add weight if you want to make this more challenging)

Max rep V-Ups with remaining time in the 3 minute window

Tips: The box jump height should be challenging but something that you can comfortably do 6 reps of each round with minimal pausing between reps. Maintain good form on the push-ups, lunges and v-ups. Lastly, shoot for the same number of v-ups each round, consistency is better than crashing and burning on rounds 3 and 4. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
