40 sit-ups

30 box jumps

20 ring dips or box dips

10 push-ups

Tips: The sit-up volume will catch up with you in the later rounds, break them up early with short breaks. The box jumps will get your HR up so pacing them will be key. Chip away at the dips and do your best to do the push-ups unbroken. Sub 5 mins per round will have you well under the 20min cap. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
