Tips: This one is an all out SPRINT. Shoot for 2+ rounds of the AMRAP each round knowing the last rounds will be challenging. The rep count is low enough that you should be able to do all three movements unbroken using the transition between movements to catch your breath if needed. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
