1 - Muscle Up (or 1 HSPU or 1 Handstand Wall Walk)

1 - Squat Clean @ 85% 1RM (or 1 Turkish Getup, switch arms each round)

20 - Box Jumps

21 - KB Swings (or 21 Burpees)

Tips: Time to burn off some of the extra calories consumed during the holidays. Select your movement option based on equipment available to you. This is a great day to work on MUs or HSPUs if you’re still trying to master those movements. Try to do the box jumps and KB swings or burpees unbroken, then catch your breathe before doing the single reps. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
