For time:
25-20-15-10-5 HSPU or Hand Release Push-Ups
5-10-15-20-25 Box Jumps
Tips: This one is for time and will be likely sub 10mins. It’s important not to start too fast and fade towards the end of the workout. If HSPUs/push-ups are your jam you’ll fly through this workout. If not, break them up in the early rounds and then try to go unbroken the last two rounds. Box jumps can be done unbroken each round but keep good form and your eye on the target throughout so you don’t have any misses or no reps. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
