Tips: Pick a lighter weight for the STOH (using DB or BB w/weights) because the reps will add up quick. If using DBs for STOH, use the same weight for the Russian Twist. Try to go unbroken through the round of 12 reps, then begin breaking the reps up (if needed) but try to limit it to just one break pre movement. The first few rounds will go by fast but this one will catch up to you so pace accordingly. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
