30 Sandbag Cleans (150#/100#)

20 Burpee Box Overs (24”/20”)

Team of 4 (2 men, 2 women), each pair to complete 2 rounds (alternating each round). Can also be done as a team of 2 or as an individual (cut reps in half for the 4 rounds).

Tips: No real tips for this workout other than hammer it!! We are so excited that we were part of the CrossFit Nolensville 615 Throwdown that we wanted to share the QuB Fitness sponsored competition WOD. You can sub an 800m run for the bike and/or power cleans for the sandbag cleans based on equipment available to you. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
