Tips: This one will get your heart rate up and get your legs burning. Pace will be important, don’s sprint out of the gate and blow up before the final round. Try to complete rounds 1-3 in the 3:30-4:30 range then open it up and go all out in the final round. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
