Tips: Any time you have descending sets, the majority of the workload is completed in the first 3-4 rounds. It is important not to start too fast and run out of gas before the end. All movements can be done unbroken so use the as active recovery. Find a solid pace and stick to it and then push the pace in the final 3 rounds. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
