Tips: ABM…always be moving. Several ways to partition this, 5 rounds x 10 for each is a safe approach so you don’t burn out on any one movement. 2 x 20, 1 x 10 is a more aggressive approach if you can maintain the same pace for the high rep count sets. Start with your weakest movement first so you are fresh for the first set. Scale as needed, enjoy and have fun!
