Tips: One round is very manageable, two rounds is a solid workout…three rounds is a challenge. Do your best not to drop the weight during back squats and take short breaks with the weight on your back as needed. Also, this is a lot of squats at 135# so drop weight if needed, squat may take up more time than the other movements especially if you go too heavy. There are a lot of push-ups so break them up as needed early and often so you’re not burned out for the later rounds. Get after it on the box jumps, keep a solid pace so you’re not losing time. Use the 1 minute rest between rounds to recover and get ready for the next set of 21-15-9. Scale as needed and have fun!
