100 single arm push press (50 per arm)

50 box jumps

50 box dips

Tips: Several ways you can break this up but the easiest way might be 5 round of 400m run, 20 sit-ups, 20 push press, 10 box dips, 10 box jumps (no run on the last set). The key is to always be moving and aren’t burning out a muscle group. Scale as needed, have fun and enjoy!!
