Tips: Lunge cycle jumps will get your heart rate up and is where you’re get the bulk of your reps so make this section count. Pick something challenging for X but make sure it is a movement or weight you can do for the entire 3min interval. EYE ON THE BOX!! Stay focused for the box jump interval. Scale as needed, have fun and enjoy!
