Tips: This triplet will have you grasping for air if you come out of the gate to hot. Shoot for 2:30-3mins per round and play to your strengths. Try to do each set unbroken or only one broke with short rest and use the transition between movements to control your HR (but keep them short too). If you have a jump rope, this is a great day to work on your double unders if you’re not proficient at them. Scale as needed and have fun!
