Plyo boxes are a great addition to any home gym. This adaptable 3-in-1 plyo box can be used for a variety of exercises. The unique tongue and groove design is just as functional as it is stylist. Our boxes are constructed with 1/2” baltic birth plywood which is just as strong as the 3/4” plywood others use, but our boxes are over 10 pounds lighter!! This, along with the handle position, makes this box easier to move around when setting up your workout and cleaning up post workout.
