Tips: Try to hold a consistent pace shooting for 8mins per round. The rep counts are just low enough to temp you to do all movements unbroken but breaking it up early with short pauses may help you hold your pace. With that in mind, don’t sprint through the first 2 rounds causing you to take a lot of breaks in round 3.
